The Newest Addition to Our Family

This cute little lady is Trixie. My ex-father-in-law Jim had 3, named Fritz, Ollie and Gretchen. Trixie is 12 weeks old and is such a doll. The kids got her for my birthday, but we had to wait till she was 10 weeks to pick her up. We have had her 2 weeks now and we take her everywhere, including the mountains where she was playing with pinecones.

My St. Patricks Day Birthday

Ashley took 2 pictures at home, but forgot the camera in all the hoopla, so we didn't have it for dinner/party. We ate loads of corned beef and cabbage, drank green 7-up, had green mouths & danced till midnight. But not the kids they had to leave at 8 p.m. I had this outfit on except my pants were black, until I got to the dinner/party, then I had green beads and a green/white shamrock bow tie, and green shamrock's all over me.

T'is My Birthday

Having a Saint Patricks'a Day Birthday means there are a lot of parties going on and a lot of corned beef and cabbage to eat! I spent this past weekend shooting my bow that I got last year for my birthday at the Archery Shoot. Then we went to the Mountains and did some target shooting with my birthday present my husband got me last week. I did real good, he did better:) So I'm off to Yakima to pick up my cake from Costco. I'm decked out in St. Paddy's clothes so my friends and family won't pinch me. Tonight all my friends and most of my family(including me) will be heading off to eat corned beef and cabbage! Ashley is taking pictures. Happy St. Patricks Day!!

Here it is, Scott's perfect shot

This is only a 20 yard shot, what make's it hard is that it is a steel target and if you miss you break your arrow , the large hole is 10 points, the small hole is 20 points, you hit the steel it's zero points. Scott hit it dead on. Congrats babe.

Archery Shoots have Begun

I missed the first archery shoot, called the frostbite shoot, because it was wet and cold, frostbite shoot-duh, of course it was cold,lol. So our weekends are booked up now! Archery Shoot's away:) Let's see how we do this year! We try and shoot our tagets we have in our yard everyday if we have time, so hopefully we are in tune. I'll post pic's as I get them. Tiffany you get that Archery urge from your mama! You go girl:) You should buy a mackenzie target or the block. Love to all my kids and grandkids:)

Sorry, I was out of the loop for a while...

Wow, we had an interesting year! After my last time on we made a quick move so that Ashley could live at home and still go to school, so we both another place closer to Yakima. It took us a while to move, then we had an accident that took a long time to overcome, then hunting in Sept.,then we had another grandchild, then hunting again in Nov., then the holidays. Now I am back. Sorry I didn't get back to you, I couldn't find your e-mail under your profile. But my e-mail is where you left your message. Again I'm sorry I was gone sooooo long.
